Policy on the Use of Inside Information and Securities Trading by Directors, Executives, and Related Persons
The Company is committed to treating all shareholders transparently and equitably in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance. Accordingly, the Board of Directors has established a policy and guidelines on the use of inside information and securities trading by directors, executives, and related persons, to be observed by all parties concerned, in order to prevent inside information from being used for personal benefit or disclosed to others.
The policy also governs securities trading. It sets blackout periods during which trading in the Company's securities is prohibited, and it requires directors, executives, and related persons to report their securities transactions. It also provides measures to monitor and oversee compliance. In addition, the Company has established penalties for any violation involving the use of inside information for personal gain.
