The company’s business operations are divided into two main areas
1. Manufacture and Distribution of Plastic and Other Types of Packaging
The company operates in the packaging industry and has been manufacturing and distributing woven plastic bags (Woven Bags) since 1991.
The company’s customer base spans various industries, including rice, animal feed, flour, fertilizer, sugar, chemicals, and ice, among others.
A key strength of the company’s products is its woven plastic sacks, which are known for their smooth surface, high durability, and strength for practical use. They also offer excellent print quality for brand logos, enhancing the product image of the items they contain.
In addition, the company also offers a variety of packaging products beyond woven sacks to accommodate the diverse needs of its customers.
2. Real Estate Development Business through Joint Ventures
The company engages in industrial estate and real estate development through its joint venture, Nava Nakorn Public Company Limited, which specializes in real estate development in the form of industrial promotion zones. The Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate is fully equipped with infrastructure and utilities, and is located at kilometer 46 on Phahonyothin Road, Khlong Nueng Subdistrict, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province, covering approximately 6,135 rai.
The estate is divided into zones for industrial, residential, commercial, and duty-free purposes.
A portion of land on the northern side of the original project has been allocated for the development of medium- and small-sized industrial businesses. As of December 31, 2020, the company holds a 12.51% equity stake in the paid-up registered capital of Nava Nakorn Public Company Limited.
In addition, the company has expanded its investment into a new industrial promotion zone located in Soong Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, a BOI-promoted area, covering approximately 2,000 rai. This project is considered the most modern industrial estate in the northeastern region of Thailand.
