The Company’s products and services are categorized into the following six (6) segments

1. Fashion Bags (VAVAZ)

Premium products featuring distinctive designs made from upcycled materials, such as surplus plastic sacks and industrial recycled plastics (PIR & PCR – Post-Industrial Recycled & Post-Consumer Recycled). We focus on modern, functional designs that cater to the lifestyle of eco-conscious consumers. Our product range includes:

  • Backpacks, Messenger Bags, Tote Bags, Waist Bags, and Crossbody Bags.

2. Lifestyle Products (VAVAZ)

A collection of products designed to enhance daily convenience and outdoor activities (Outdoor & Camping). Manufactured from highly durable upcycled materials, these versatile items include:

  • Multi-purpose fabric bins, Cooler Bags, multi-purpose mats, and seat cushions.

3. Shopping Bags & Reusable Totes (VAVAZ)

An affordable and popular product group driven by the consumer trend of replacing single-use plastic with reusable bags. These products are engineered for strength and multiple reuses to effectively reduce plastic waste, making them ideal for general retail and consignment markets.

4. Food Preservation Products (WISE Zipper Bags)

A premium line of “WISE Zipper Bags” featuring superior design and comprehensive functionality to meet modern lifestyle needs. These bags excel at preserving freshness and extending the shelf life of various contents, including fresh food, ready-to-eat meals, frozen ingredients, and other household items. This segment addresses the growing consumer demand for food longevity, hygiene, and convenience.

5. Asset Optimization & Rental Business

Following the cessation of flexible plastic sack production in the first half of 2024 to mitigate losses, the Company has successfully transitioned into a Trading Company. Consequently, the original factory spaces are no longer required for manufacturing. The Company is actively seeking high-potential tenants to lease either the entire facility or specific buildings. This strategic initiative aims to fill factory and warehouse spaces to full capacity, thereby increasing recurring income and maximizing asset utilization efficiency.

6. Real Estate Development (Associate Company)

The Company operates in industrial estate and real estate development through its associate, Nava Nakorn Public Company Limited (NNCL). Nava Nakorn develops fully integrated industrial promotion zones with comprehensive utility systems.

  • Pathum Thani Project: Located at KM 46, Phaholyothin Road, covering approximately 6,135 rai. The project is divided into industrial, residential, commercial, and Free Zones. A specific northern section is dedicated to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). As of December 31, 2026, the Company holds a 12.60% stake in the paid-up capital.

  • Nakhon Ratchasima Project: Located in Sung Noen District, this project covers approximately 2,000 rai and is situated within a BOI-promoted investment zone. It is recognized as the most modern industrial estate in the Northeastern region of Thailand.
